Lead a small finance team to manage program Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting, monthly forecasting (EAC/LRE), variance analysis, SDRL and external reporting, RPLAN and long-range planning, AOP/LRSP inputs, and cross-functional financial coordination to support Program Management and stakeholders.

Provide Special Programs security oversight and compliance for classified environments, implementing NISPOM/DoDM/ICD705/JSIG requirements, developing SOPs and OPSEC plans, managing media control, supporting handling/shipment/storage of classified material, conducting inspections/investigations, and working with subcontractors and government stakeholders. Collaborate with facility security, program personnel, and government representatives.

Define and implement SAP data protection strategy including dynamic masking and entitlement management. Troubleshoot ABAP and masking policies, maintain ABAC policies, audit ABAP code and transports, monitor NextLabs/Pathlock performance, analyze ST22/SM21 dumps, and maintain SOPs and runbooks for compliance remediation.

SkillBridge intern will support onsite classified computing environments, assist ISSO/ISSM with compliance, auditing, security plan development, incident investigation, sustainment activities (change/account/media management), and deliver security education while collaborating with facility, program, and government personnel.

Administer and manage industrial security programs including clearance briefings/debriefings, personnel processing, document control, physical security and alarm response. Conduct self-inspections, audits, risk mitigation, violation investigations, and support customer assessments while ensuring compliance with classified environment requirements (NISPOM/ICD 705). Analyze security issues and implement solutions; may work extended hours.

Manage COMSEC account operations including equipment/key shipment, receipt, tracking, supersession date management, accounting reports, software upgrades, inventories, compliance validations, incident reporting/investigation, and local travel to support program sites.

Responsible for assessing and monitoring system compliance, auditing, security plan development, investigating security violations, approving configuration changes, conducting technical and administrative assessments, integrating cybersecurity processes and tools, and producing/updating documentation. Must obtain/maintain IAM Level I equivalent certification (e.g., Security+) within six months if not already held.

Owner of the site cybersecurity program for classified/controlled systems: lead RMF/JSIG/DAAPM A&A and continuous monitoring, manage vulnerability/patching and SIEM, drive ATOs for SAP/SCI systems, coach ISSOs/ISSEs, interface with DCSA/SAPCO, and ensure audit readiness.

Lead and manage Special Programs security activities and projects, supporting executive-level meetings, facility and access control, material handling, VTC operations, inspections, and cross-functional coordination. Ensure compliance with government security requirements, support visits across classification levels, perform self-inspections, and enable program growth. Onsite role with occasional local travel and occasional extended hours.
