Serve as strategic HR advisor to Operations leadership, guiding workforce planning, organizational design, change initiatives, and Connected Factory transformation. Provide hands-on operational HR support, drive adoption of new operating models, partner with HR Centers of Expertise, and deliver executive-ready analysis and recommendations to support engagement, capability building, and transformation across multi-site manufacturing operations.

Lead monthly financial planning, forecasting, and close processes. Develop EAC/LRE deliverables, conduct material and PRISM financial analysis, deliver variance analysis, and produce cost, schedule, and funding reports. Lead design and implementation of scalable multi-domain Master Data Management solutions, guide developers on MDM models, enforce data quality and governance, manage stakeholders and task workflows, mentor team members, support production SOPs, and coordinate MDM metrics and training across programs.

Lead and manage end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing, vendor management, payment disbursements, month-end close, reconciliations, internal controls, audit support, process improvements, and team oversight to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Design and document resilient, secure IT infrastructure for classified environments across compute, storage, virtualization, and archival systems. Advise engineering and support teams, lead technical meetings, support proposals and reviews, and ensure compliance with RMF/NIST/DoD frameworks and identity/access controls.

Support production program cost and schedule baseline integration, variance analysis, forecasting, Estimate at Completion preparation, risk/opportunity management, and EVM reporting. Partner with Program, Finance, and functional teams to produce reports, influence decisions, and ensure compliance with financial and EVMS policies.

Support S/4HANA Order-to-Cash workstream through blueprint, build, testing, cutover and hypercare. Collaborate with business and digital teams to configure SAP O2C, create functional specs, support data migration, testing and defect resolution, and document processes and configurations.

Lead ERP Record-to-Report (R2R) functional analyst for SAP S/4HANA implementation. Own blueprint, build, testing, cutover and hypercare for R2R processes (GL, fixed assets, intercompany, month-end/year-end close, treasury, tax, controlling, costing, project accounting). Collaborate cross-functionally, support CATS integrations, data mapping, documentation, and deliver functional specs for reports, conversions, integrations and workflows.

Lead the Operations and Supply Chain Finance team for Long Range Precision Fires and Maneuver Systems. Own financial execution, EAC development, program cost and schedule management, EVM analysis, forecasting (AOP/LRP), KPI reporting, variance/Risk & Opportunity analysis, and cross-functional alignment with program offices, FP&A, MPMs, POMs and factory stakeholders.
