Performs financial analysis against budgets, schedules, and forecasts; monitors actual costs; documents variances; and prepares reports using APEX, SAP, IMS, and PMX tools to improve cost and schedule predictability.

Serve as the ISSO to translate security policy into technical implementation for classified systems. Support RMF-based A&A, compliance auditing (NISPOM/DAAPM/JSIG/STIGs), vulnerability assessment, SIEM monitoring (e.g., Splunk), and coordinate with ISSM, system admins, and users across system lifecycle to ensure security posture and incident response readiness.

Supervise security professionals and oversee compliance for classified Special Programs. Maintain contractual security requirements, develop SOPs, manage subcontractor security and DD Form 254s, support ISSO/ISSM implementation of JSIG requirements, inspect and accredit secure facilities under ICD-705, conduct training and evaluations, assist with proposals, and support cross-functional defense security activities.
