Manage business systems and digital transformation initiatives by selecting, implementing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise applications. Analyze business requirements, improve processes, oversee systems integration, collaborate with technical teams, manage vendors and service levels, and maintain the digital technology portfolio. Supports classified information-system security compliance, auditing, security-plan development, security training, and sustainment activities. The ISSO investigates security violations, documents corrective and preventive actions, manages hardware and software changes, accounts, media protection, and file transfers, and collaborates with security teams, program staff, and government representatives. The role requires adherence to NISPOM, DAAPM, JSIG, RMF, and related cybersecurity policies, with an active Secret clearance and certification such as Security+ required.

Manage and administer U.S. government contracts for the SPY-6 radar program. Advise on FAR, DFARS, and FMS requirements; support proposals, negotiations, contract changes, and execution. Draft and interpret contract documents, manage scope and terms, resolve contractual issues, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure customer obligations are met, and represent Raytheon in contractual transactions. The role operates autonomously, provides guidance to junior professionals, and includes travel for customer meetings.

Supports contract execution and administration for a U.S. Government defense program. Responsibilities include managing routine and urgent contract activities, drafting contractual correspondence, representing the company in customer transactions, maintaining business relationships, assessing issues requiring leadership review, and developing proficiency across contract management activities throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

Leads digital transformation programs, serving as a strategic partner to leadership and program stakeholders. Manages employee and manager requests through a case management system, meets SLA and KPI targets, improves processes, updates policies, supports training, protects confidential data, and collaborates with regional and onshore HR teams to deliver an efficient customer-focused employee experience.

Lead and manage global payroll technology landscape and offshore DT team, ensure system stability, drive automation and cost optimization, manage integrations, support implementations and go-lives, partner with vendors (ADP), perform analytics and reporting, and participate in solution architecture and testing.

Supports financial execution for aerospace and defense programs through cost and schedule control, forecasting, estimate-at-completion analysis, variance analysis, reporting, and risk identification. Collaborates with program managers, control account managers, material program managers, and finance teams. Ensures compliance with earned value management processes, including bill-of-materials traceability and labor tracking, while conducting ad hoc financial analysis and influencing program execution.
