Serve as a trusted HR business partner executing HR processes (compensation, performance, talent acquisition), drive talent management (workforce and succession planning), advise leaders, manage employee relations and ethics investigations, collaborate with COEs, and implement HR policies and development strategies to support business objectives within the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities organization.

Own end-to-end release process for Azure landing zone deployments: develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform configs, troubleshoot Python deployment code, implement testing, ensure compliance, document procedures, support production via on-call rotations, and onboard app teams for an SAP migration to RTX public cloud.

Manage a multi-tier team to align efforts with customer service objectives, drive improvement initiatives, and enhance data quality for business transformation.

Lead digital transformation for one or more programs in the Air & Space Defense Systems unit. Own DT roadmap, manage scope/cost/schedule, lead cross-functional teams, track KPIs/financials/EVMS, ensure compliance with DFARS/CMMC/RMF/JSIG, oversee personnel and third-party collaborations, and provide on-site program support in Tucson.

Support program cost control and earned value management by producing EACs/LREs, performing EV and financial analysis, preparing forecasts, monitoring costs, documenting variances, and partnering with engineering and program leads using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX tools to drive predictable cost and schedule outcomes.

Lead account strategy and growth with emerging defense OEMs, acting as primary customer liaison. Shape pursuits from capture to program start-up, coordinate cross-functional negotiations, translate customer needs into solutions, run executive engagements, and drive long-term partnerships. Serve as RLPM pursuit-to-start-up SME and travel ~25-50% to support customers and industry events.
