Manage collections and accounts receivable by reviewing purchase orders, contracts, and invoices; analyze credits, deductions, disputes, and past-due balances; maintain current customer statements; and collaborate with FP&A, finance, program, and sales teams to resolve payment issues.

Support program financial control for Kuwait and Bahrain Patriot programs: perform monthly cost reconciliation, manage EACs and EVMS tracking, process BCRs, handle IOTs, prepare CDRLs, and collaborate with program, supply chain, and accounting teams to ensure contract compliance and accurate reporting.

Provide legal counsel on federal government accounting and pricing compliance (CAS, FAR/DFARS, TINA), lead audits and responses, develop policies and controls, partner with Finance/Contracts, draft/negotiates pricing-related agreements, and train cross-functional teams on cost/pricing requirements.

Lead international direct commercial contracting for Precision Fires & Maneuver SSBU. Negotiate complex contracts (DCS/FMS/OTA), advise on FAR/DFARS compliance, mitigate contractual and program risk, build internal and customer relationships, and support capture and program teams. Role requires substantial travel (~50%) and security-clearance management.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, cloud-based full-stack applications integrating LLMs and MLOps. Build React front ends, Python/Node.js back ends, deploy on AWS/Azure, implement CI/CD, integrate APIs and SQL databases, and mentor engineers while ensuring compliance in a security-conscious environment.

Advise RTX on antitrust, competition, FDI reviews (including CFIUS), EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation, and related regulatory matters. Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, regulatory filings, global engagement with authorities, compliance risk mitigation, and cross‑functional enterprise counsel. Partner with senior leadership and external counsel to deliver practical, business‑focused guidance.

Serve as strategic partner to PMBO leadership driving DT strategic initiatives, executive communications, dashboards and analytics (Planview, Power BI/Tableau), governance, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment while mentoring PMO teams and leading special projects.
