Build secure-by-default infrastructure (auth, authZ, logging, egress), drive data security and systematic data tagging, develop org-wide security scorecards, enable automated least-privilege and vulnerability management, and influence AI-native security and security culture across product, platform, and compliance teams.

Own and improve company operating rhythms (Biweekly Business Review, OKR cycles, executive cadences, Town Halls). Design and facilitate executive offsites, manage OKR planning end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional planning with Chiefs of Staff, run executive meeting logistics and communications, and leverage AI tools to automate and improve operational workflows.

Define and scale reliability practices across the company by creating SLO/SLA frameworks, improving observability, evolving incident response, building self-service tooling and scorecards, and driving cross-team adoption to enable teams to build and operate reliable production systems at scale.

Lead org-wide developer experience and AI-enabled developer workflows. Identify and solve high-leverage bottlenecks across build systems, monorepo tooling, CI/CD, and test reliability. Drive standards, enable monolith-to-modular migration, embed with product teams, mentor engineers, and deliver AI-native developer tooling and adoption at scale.
