Owns Grow Therapy’s client acquisition funnel from awareness through first booking. The role leads growth strategy, launches new acquisition channels and partnerships, improves SEO, AEO, social, referrals, and conversion, and builds MarTech infrastructure for scalable marketing experimentation. This product leader partners closely with Marketing, Client, Provider, and Payer teams while driving 0-to-1 initiatives and end-to-end funnel optimization.

Coordinates candidate interviews, onsite visits, communications, and interview logistics primarily for the Tech Team. Maintains accurate ATS records, develops recruiting documentation and training materials, supports Talent Operations initiatives, and improves candidate experience through process enhancements and inclusive practices. Own full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for Operations and Marketing in a fast-growing company. Responsibilities include strategic sourcing, pipeline management, recruiter screens, hiring-manager partnership, interview planning, funnel analytics, and candidate experience. The contract recruiter will recruit candidates across entry-level through senior roles, primarily using Greenhouse, Ashby, Juicebox, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter while promoting Grow Therapy’s mission.

Own provider-side product marketing at Grow Therapy, leading go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, launches, segmentation, lifecycle channels, and product adoption. Partner with Product, Design, and Growth to translate features into compelling narratives, manage email and in-product marketing, run experiments, analyze performance, and incorporate provider feedback, market trends, and competitive insights into marketing and product strategy.

Lead strategy and execution for search and discoverability across SEO, AEO, YouTube, forums, and emerging channels. Build measurement, experiments, tracking, and cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, Content, and Data to drive durable organic growth, manage agencies, and scale the Search & Discoverability organization.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and delivery for Grow Therapy's employer products, manage live employer accounts, and build future employer-focused features. Collaborate with Design, Enterprise Sales, Data, and executive partners to prioritize roadmap, drive data-informed decisions, and scale the Employer vertical.

Lead demand generation and end-to-end qualified lead conversion for strategic partner categories (employer/EAP, primary care, etc.). Own paid channels, funnel optimization, experimentation, growth measurement (CAC, attribution, funnel analytics), and cross-functional alignment with Partnerships, Sales, Product, Data, and Finance to scale efficient, high-quality pipeline.

Build and advance application and product security across the engineering organization. Responsibilities include establishing secure defaults, CI guardrails, security requirements, threat modeling, risk assessments, penetration testing, vulnerability remediation, secure coding education, roadmap ownership, and hands-on code review. The role partners closely with product, engineering, DevOps, and services teams to secure applications, microservices, and AI features while enabling efficient development.

Supports clients and therapists through phone and live chat by troubleshooting billing and platform issues, explaining insurance benefits, educating users, and identifying root causes for Product teams. The role advocates for customers, resolves problems, meets conversation-volume metrics, and adapts to changing priorities in a fully remote startup environment.

Lead and scale the iOS engineering team, own mobile technical vision and architecture, drive high-quality shipping and CI/CD, mentor and grow engineers, partner with Product and Design on roadmap, use data to measure impact, and foster a high-trust culture across a remote-first organization.
