Serve as a senior application subject-matter expert responsible for day-to-day system operations, Level 2 support, change and configuration management, testing and defect resolution, implementations and conversions, system tuning, and mentoring staff. Work with business stakeholders, internal technology teams, vendors, and third parties to manage integrations, releases, and application roadmaps.

The role involves coordinating systems analysis and design projects, leading Agile workboards, and acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams to improve data systems through automation.

Provide high-level administrative support to CEO, President, and COO including calendar and travel management, meeting and event coordination, expense/report assistance, deck and report preparation, visitor coordination, and ad-hoc administrative projects.

Implement and document treasury management products for new and existing customers. Prepare agreements, perform account/service setups, conduct on-site and phone trainings and installations, support TM support calls and maintenance, and ensure accuracy and professionalism throughout implementation.

Set up and maintain financial covenants and reporting for commercial loan portfolios in Moody's CreditLens; upload and classify documents in FCM ImageCentre; verify documentation, process waivers and reassignments, support credit services and internal inquiries, and ensure accurate covenant tracking and recordkeeping.

Manage and collect on past-due community banking commercial loans by making collection calls, negotiating repayment and loss mitigation plans, maintaining contact and payment records, coordinating with loan officers and outside counsel, performing site visits and collateral inspections, and ensuring regulatory compliance to reduce bank losses.

Underwrite and manage an asset-based lending portfolio, structure ABL transactions ($5M–$100M exposure), review financials and collateral reports, assist with loan documentation and regulatory/compliance responses, and ensure adherence to bank policies.

Process daily client cash receipts for a portfolio, follow WRF operations policies, escalate posting issues, serve as primary operations contact for assigned clients, maintain client communications and accurate records, ensure compliance, and support team operations.

Provide customer-facing cash services (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing), operate a teller drawer in lobby or drive-up, balance transactions, identify cross-sell opportunities and potential fraud, follow bank and regulatory procedures, assist with branch opening/closing and community events as needed.

Manage an assigned asset-based lending portfolio; structure and underwrite ABL loan transactions ($5M–$100M); collect and review financials, compliance certificates, and collateral reports; assist with loan documentation and negotiations with legal; support audits, loan reviews, compliance reviews and regulatory exams; ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
