Manage post-sale experience for ~300 customers: drive adoption from contract through renewal, solve technical issues, coordinate internal teams and partners, analyze usage data, lead onboarding and renewal processes to maximize retention and revenue.

Own product vision and roadmap for Depositions by Filevine. Define specs and user stories, collaborate with engineering and GTM, drive launches, ensure UX and adoption, use data and customer feedback, and support QA and go-to-market activities.

The Product Design Engineer at Filevine will design UI surfaces, improve UX, and develop prototypes for legal workflow tools, particularly in contract review processes.
