Drive Starlink enterprise adoption across North America by developing territory strategy, generating outbound pipeline, co-selling with resellers, qualifying opportunities, delivering proposals, managing CRM and reports, leading sales campaigns, closing mid-market enterprise deals, and traveling 25–50% as required.

Own Starship mechanical hardware commodity (fasteners, dynamic hardware, fluid fittings) from supplier selection through high-rate production. Perform first-level troubleshooting and detailed failure analysis of satellite and gateway PCBA and hardware. Support production, qualification, and environmental testing, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, design/repair fixtures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve yield, reliability, and test assets while maintaining documentation.

Perform root-cause failure analysis on satellite and gateway PCBAs, collaborate with design/manufacturing/supply chain to improve reliability, run benchtop environmental tests, monitor yield and quality metrics, support production/field operations, and document findings and corrective actions.

Lead signal integrity for Starlink payload hardware across design, simulation, verification, test, and production. Specify PCB materials and channel components, optimize die-to-die channels, troubleshoot manufacturing and EMI issues, and define SI workflows, tools, and lab needs.

Support and maintain mission-critical launch IT infrastructure: deploy and upgrade networking, servers, and desktops; monitor services and respond to incidents; automate and document systems; ensure compliance with ITAR, ISO, NIST; collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in on-call and after-hours work.

Lead signal integrity for Starlink payload hardware across the product lifecycle: specify, design, simulate, verify, and troubleshoot high-speed SerDes, memory interfaces, PCBs, and channels; define SI processes, test methodologies, and lab needs; collaborate cross-functionally from silicon to production and resolve manufacturing or EMI issues.

Lead development and execution of dangerous goods (DG) policies and controls for air, ocean, and ground transport. Serve as subject matter expert on IATA, 49 CFR, IMDG, and international DG regulations; conduct audits; enable scalable transport solutions; liaise with regulators and partners; support new transportation models and continuous improvement.
