The Principal Optical Network Engineer will design and develop optical connectivity solutions, create test automation software, and collaborate with teams to optimize network performance for the Starlink ground network.

Perform root-cause failure analysis on satellite and gateway hardware (PCBAs), collaborate with design/manufacturing/supply chain to improve reliability, run benchtop environmental testing, monitor yields and quality metrics, support production/field failure resolution, and maintain detailed documentation of findings and corrective actions.

The Software Engineer will develop software for satellite operations, oversee software lifecycle, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure mission success.

Manage global partnerships for Starlink's antenna ground stations and datacenter points. Responsibilities include procurement, negotiation, and delivery of infrastructure on time and under budget.

Analyze and resolve dynamics issues for Starlink satellites via modeling, testing, and data analysis. Build FEA models, execute vibration/shock tests, develop tools/software, plan and process tests, and perform structural and fatigue analyses.

The Sr. Automation Engineer designs and maintains automation control systems for investment casting, integrating electromechanical systems and optimizing manufacturing processes using data-driven solutions.

Support and maintain optical test systems; triage test failures; build and validate automated hardware test systems; fabricate and repair cable harnesses; design fixtures; train production technicians; manage maintenance/calibration schedules; prioritize tasks, update documentation, and maintain a safe, organized manufacturing and test environment.

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will support engineering and supply chain teams, manage inventory, ensure supply continuity, and analyze MRP data.
