Design and build test systems and infrastructure for Starlink software and hardware, including hardware-in-the-loop and virtualized simulations. Develop CI/CD-enabled test execution, analyze results, debug issues with cross-domain teams, and support deployment and operational testing.

Perform hardware failure analysis and root cause for Starlink electronics and RF systems, using diagnostic instruments and data telemetry to drive design and process changes, improve PCBA yield, and partner across design, test, firmware, and manufacturing teams.

Lead enterprise social-impact Starlink accounts from contract signature through onboarding, activation, retention and growth. Build engagement strategies for underserved communities, manage partnerships with aid and regulatory stakeholders, collect and champion customer feedback, create impact narratives and reports, and drive internal policy and training to embed social impact. Requires travel, extended hours, and strong stakeholder, negotiation, and project-management skills.

The Data & Control Systems Engineer designs and maintains control infrastructure for launch operations, develops automation systems, and supports data acquisition efforts for the Starship Launch Vehicle.
