Manage PCBA processes and supplier continuity for the Starshield satellite program. Source and qualify electronic suppliers, define technical flow-downs, implement PPAP, develop process controls, analyze supplier quality/delivery metrics, drive corrective actions and supplier improvements to meet production rate, cost, quality, and schedule targets.

Convert PCB designs into production-ready outputs using CAM tools. Perform netlist extraction, DRC/DFM checks, panelization, and IPC compliance. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, maintain revision control, develop CAM automation/scripts and post processors, and support transfer of products from R&D into production.

Develop embedded software for custom modem and beamformer ASICs used in Starlink phased-array antennas. Implement flight-critical firmware, build automated RF measurement systems, support production RF testing, analyze on‑orbit performance, and collaborate with antenna engineers to improve performance and debug issues across development, factory, and mission operations.
