Designs and develops high-speed silicon photonics and RF/analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits for Starlink optical links. Design, develop, verify, and support highly reliable FPGA firmware for satellite safety-critical logic, sensors, cryptography, and communications systems. Responsibilities include RTL development, testing, documentation, lifecycle ownership, and collaboration with avionics, software, and platform engineers from prototype through flight. The role may involve networking, DSP, embedded systems, high-speed interfaces, and Xilinx FPGA platforms, while requiring the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Designs and routes printed circuit boards for Starlink hardware, including RF, analog, digital, and power systems. Responsibilities include layer stackup definition, component selection and placement, library management, fabrication documentation, design-for-manufacture and test collaboration, tool evaluation, and team training. Partners with hardware engineers and PCB vendors to improve design rules and support mission-critical production deadlines.

Design, build, and scale full-stack observability software for the Starlink network. Responsibilities include developing fault-tolerant real-time telemetry ingestion pipelines, frontend dashboards and visualizations, monitoring automation, anomaly detection, and reliable software systems. The role requires ownership of end-to-end projects, on-call participation, and occasional extended hours for mission-critical deadlines.

Owns Starlink’s customer-facing knowledge ecosystem, including Help Center content, product specifications, quick-start guides, Shop copy, and launch updates. Sets the content roadmap, improves publishing workflows, uses analytics to optimize findability and conversions, and ensures content accurately reflects products, plans, and installation processes. Partners with Customer Experience, Consumer Insights, Localization, Search, Legal, Product, and Operations to improve customer understanding and business outcomes.

Develop and scale Starlink network operations processes, automation, monitoring, alerting, and internal tools. Design operational workflows, improve system reliability, build Python and API-based tooling, implement AI-assisted production workflows, and manage projects through development, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate with software, network, operations, and supply chain teams while participating in on-call support.
