Responsibilities include electrical schematics, power distribution, mechanical integration, field installation, cabinet builds, system tuning, schedules, budgets, and operator handoff. The role requires extensive travel during activation, collaboration across engineering disciplines, and hands-on work in physically demanding launch-site conditions.

Develop RF test cases and calibration procedures for BAW filters, correlate wafer probe and final test data, analyze yield loss using SPC and DOE, and drive root-cause resolution. Manage test workflows, throughput, cost, and risk models; support tool installation and qualification; collaborate with design teams and vendors; mentor operators; and maintain SOPs and engineering documentation. Travel up to 10% may be required, with extended hours or weekends during critical milestones.
