Lead technical delivery of MEP engineering for large capital construction projects: direct design, procurement, construction, commissioning, contractor coordination, utility interface, field conflict resolution, and mentor engineering teams to meet schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

Perform root cause and failure investigations for Starshield production hardware, contain and drive corrective actions for non-conforming product, improve manufacturing/test processes and yield using data-driven methods, support PFMEA and continuous improvement, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance hardware reliability and production robustness.

Lead sales enablement for Starlink Enterprise by designing and delivering workshops, role-plays, certifications, and partner sessions. Manage and update enablement content, capture field feedback, coordinate with SMEs, maintain onboarding calendars and logistics, measure enablement effectiveness, and ensure consistent, scalable delivery to raise seller performance.

Support full employee lifecycle: onboarding, HRIS administration, employee relations investigations, respond to employee inquiries, maintain records, assist with HR policy implementation, support recruitment and site events, and provide core HR operations and reporting.
