Support and improve EDA/CAD workflows for RFIC and silicon teams by triaging tool/PDK issues, maintaining tool wrappers and runbooks, building lightweight automation and QA tests, partnering with vendors and foundries, and converting recurring support items into durable flow improvements.

Draft and negotiate land purchases, easements, leases, PPAs, interconnection and fuel supply agreements; advise on zoning, environmental, permitting, pipeline safety, and utility regulatory matters; negotiate EPC and construction contracts; and coordinate briefings with municipal, state, and federal regulators.

Provide legal counsel for acquisition, development, permitting, and contracts for large-scale datacenter, power, utility, and related infrastructure projects. Draft and negotiate land deals, easements, PPAs, interconnection, pipeline and fuel contracts, EPC and construction agreements, advise on zoning, permitting, environmental and utility regulatory matters, and engage with governmental regulators. Support spaceport and advanced critical infrastructure projects as needed.

Own Merlin engine hardware and software through design, test, production, and flight. Lead development and qualification tests, resolve production/test/launch issues, run anomaly investigations, implement V&V and automation, partner across teams, build tools (including AI) to automate analysis, and brief customers and leadership.

Design, deploy, and automate core infrastructure (on‑prem and cloud) and manage Kubernetes and Linux fleets. Collaborate with engineers to build scalable, operable services and improve lifecycle: testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and performance.

Manage the RMF A&A lifecycle for SpaceX classified systems, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, plan and coordinate audits/assessments, integrate new requirements, select automation/GRC tools, and act as the primary liaison to customers, government, and suppliers while mentoring cleared analysts.
