Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for custom silicon and semiconductor components. Manage new product introduction, equipment procurement, process experiments, manufacturability improvements, failure analysis, corrective actions, automation integration, quality metrics, and production documentation. Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and technicians to improve reliability, output, and cost while training production personnel.

Own HRIS compliance activities, including data accuracy, access reviews, audit trails, controls, evidence gathering, and regulatory compliance. Interpret legal guidance, translate it into HRIS and process requirements, conduct user-access and segregation-of-duties reviews, train HR users, and coordinate regulatory changes with Legal, HR, IT, and HRIS teams. Prepare documentation and evidence for internal, external, and government audits while managing federal contractor compliance.

Designs and develops satellite mechanical systems and mechanisms from concept through production and on-orbit operations. Responsibilities include requirements development, system optimization, CAD and analysis iteration, design for manufacturability, production lifecycle planning, environmental and performance testing, and ownership of product delivery through launch. The role collaborates across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, vendors, customers, and partners.

Leads Starshield supply chain sourcing and procurement for mechanical components, managing supply continuity, supplier strategy, contract negotiations, cost, quality, capacity, and delivery performance.
