Work onsite full-time with occasional extended hours and high-volume requirements.

Source passive candidates for technical engineering, manufacturing, and operations roles using LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean/X-ray searches and AI tools. Build and maintain talent pipelines, conduct initial outreach and phone screens, track sourcing metrics, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and represent SpaceX culture while staying current on market trends and compensation benchmarks.

Design, build, and maintain hardware-in-the-loop (HIL/HITL) testbeds and infrastructure for Starlink. Develop simulation environments and test cases that replicate on-orbit scenarios, ensure software test coverage, scale the HITL fleet, and analyze/troubleshoot test results to prevent bugs reaching production.

Serve as primary post-signature contact for assigned US federal customers: onboard, manage accounts, resolve issues, collect feedback, drive retention and growth, lead cross-functional projects, and implement scalable processes to support Starlink enterprise deployments.
