The Sales Development Representative will qualify software buyers, connect them with vendors, and set appointments for Sales teams, aiming to achieve call quotas.

Lead G2's product marketing strategy and execution across the full product portfolio. Partner closely with Product to shape roadmap-driven positioning, own end-to-end GTM and launches, develop messaging and enablement for revenue teams, drive adoption for seller and advertising products, and lead a high-performing product marketing team focused on AI, data, and ecosystem initiatives.

Conduct outbound prospecting via phone and email to build pipeline, qualify leads, set meetings for sales reps, log activities, collaborate with marketing, and exceed opportunity and closed-business goals.

Partner with GTM leadership to own subscription revenue and ARR forecasting, lead sales capacity and expense planning, provide deal economics and ROI analysis, support strategic planning and board reporting, and drive automation/AI-enabled finance processes to optimize growth.

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers by driving renewals, upsell and cross-sell, negotiating contracts, and aligning G2 solutions to client marketing and revenue goals. Build executive relationships, multi-thread into accounts, deliver sales presentations, support onboarding and handoffs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure retention and expansion against quota.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive product adoption, retention, and expansion. Build success plans tying G2 solutions to measurable goals, monitor health signals and renewal risk, lead executive business reviews and strategic workshops, coordinate with Account Management, and maintain account plans and health data in Salesforce/CS platforms.

Manage strategic relationships with commercial SaaS customers to drive adoption, measurable outcomes, retention, and expansion. Build success plans, monitor health signals, lead EBRs and workshops, maintain account operations in Salesforce/CS platforms, and partner with Account Management while mentoring teammates and sharing best practices.

Own and evolve brand voice and tone guides, write persuasive copy across the funnel, and partner with design, marketing, and product to craft campaign messaging. Lead copy strategy, present work, mentor stakeholders, identify copy opportunities across channels, and set repeatable processes to deliver consistent, high-quality brand and marketing content.

Design, build, and ship agent-first AI products end-to-end. Implement production-ready agents using frontier models, ensure observability and quality via model-based evals and agent tracing, drive product definition with PMs/designers, and share agentic engineering practices to accelerate the team.

Partner with product teams to build data products, dashboards, and self-service AI/agent tooling. Own product metrics, run exploratory and ad-hoc analyses, improve data quality and governance, and translate analysis into clear recommendations to drive product OKRs.
