Partner with the District Manager and sales team to build and grow a new business serving facility maintenance and restoration customers.

Manages sales within a defined territory by developing customer relationships, prospecting new accounts, maximizing revenue, preparing sales strategies, presenting equipment and services, coordinating cross-selling, and maintaining a pipeline through Salesforce.com and other CRM tools. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, planning, and problem-solving skills, along with a valid driver’s license and sales experience.

Oversee branch operations, service delivery, safety, policy compliance, productivity, and customer service. Support the Branch Manager in achieving financial objectives, leading sales initiatives, managing staff performance, and coaching personnel. The role supervises inside sales representatives, drivers, and other employees while promoting accountability, teamwork, and operational efficiency.

Serve as branch customer contact: quote, sell, process rental contracts, establish accounts, dispatch deliveries, generate and communicate leads, retain dormant accounts, maintain showroom and inventory, educate customers on equipment use and safety, coordinate pickups/returns, run reports, and support branch team including on-call duties and driving for deliveries.

Sell and rent specialty power and HVAC equipment to new and existing customers. Generate leads, give presentations and demonstrations, size and quote solutions, coordinate with technical staff for site assessments, and manage account follow-up, invoicing, and reporting using Salesforce and MS Office.

Serve as primary branch contact to quote, sell, and fulfill equipment rentals and supplies. Process contracts, establish accounts, dispatch deliveries, generate and pass leads, warm-call dormant accounts, maintain showroom, and provide outstanding customer service.

Manage branch operations supporting the Branch Manager to achieve financial goals, ensure safety and policy compliance, oversee sales efforts, supervise and develop staff (inside sales reps, drivers), and promote customer service and standard processes.
