Join United Rentals' Sales Development Program as a Sales Associate for Mobile Storage. Complete branch-based and digital training, execute outbound sales campaigns, master sales tools and CRM, lead customer negotiations and contracts, participate in team and community initiatives, receive coaching and performance feedback, and progress toward promotion to Outside Sales Representative (typical 4–6 months).

Lead branch operations to deliver safe, efficient service; support Branch Manager on financial and policy objectives; oversee sales, staff performance, coaching, and training; ensure customer service and compliance with company processes.

Serve as the regional single point of contact for trench products, develop key account relationships, provide technical and engineering support for engineered shoring systems, deliver training, manage specialty fleet and projects, and drive incremental revenue through collaboration with sales teams and suppliers.

Perform manual branch tasks to prepare, inspect, load/unload trench safety equipment for rental. Assist deliveries, verify tickets/returns, greet and advise customers, suggest equipment, and maintain safety and operational procedures. Position offers advancement into driver development.

Serve as a primary customer contact at the branch: quote, sell, and fulfill equipment rentals and supplies; establish accounts; dispatch deliveries; generate and warm-call leads; maintain showroom and stock; uphold customer service and pricing policies.

Supervise branch operations to ensure safety, efficient rental flow, and strong customer service. Support the Branch Manager on financial objectives and policy compliance, coach staff, monitor branch metrics, handle sales and rental transactions, perform opening/closing and cash duties, and drive continuous improvement.

As an Inside Sales Rep, you will engage with customers to recommend solutions, process orders, manage accounts, generate leads, and provide excellent customer service.

Perform physical branch tasks: inspect, clean, load/unload, prepare, demonstrate, and transport rental equipment; support technicians, sales staff, and customers while maintaining safety and accurate checks.

Serve as primary customer contact at branch to quote, sell, and fulfill equipment rentals and supplies. Process contracts, establish accounts, dispatch deliveries, generate leads, and support outside sales while maintaining showroom and customer service.

Perform manual branch tasks including inspecting, cleaning, loading/unloading, and preparing rental equipment; demonstrate and checkout equipment for customers; perform local deliveries/pickups; support service technicians and sales staff while maintaining safety and customer service standards.
