Process quotations/contracts, establish accounts, educate customers, coordinate pickups/returns, maintain inventory and reports, and collaborate with branch staff to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

Sell and rent heavy equipment via phone and in-branch interactions. Process quotes, reservations, contracts and invoices; advise on product/service needs; educate customers on safe equipment use; track inventory, pickups/returns, and coordinate with branch staff to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Sell trench safety equipment to contractors within a defined territory. Build and maintain customer relationships, conduct product demonstrations and training, deliver Competent Person and Confined Space classes, install equipment, prepare sales plans, use Salesforce/CRM to manage pipeline, and meet revenue targets through base salary plus commission.
