Sell flooring, floor care, and surface preparation equipment and services within a defined territory. Prospect and acquire facility maintenance and restoration accounts, manage existing customer relationships, partner with rental sales representatives, develop sales strategies, present solutions, maintain a CRM pipeline, and monitor competitors and market conditions.

Sell and support trench safety equipment to contractors within a defined territory. Develop customer relationships, conduct product demonstrations and trainings, prepare sales plans, use Salesforce/CRM to manage pipeline, install equipment, and cross-sell with rental teams while ensuring safety compliance.

Serve as primary customer contact for branch equipment rentals and sales. Quote, process and fulfill rental orders; establish new accounts; educate customers on equipment use and safety; manage inventory, pickups/returns and reports; coordinate with inside/outside teams; perform AR, billing, and administrative tasks where applicable.

Supervise branch operations, service delivery, safety, sales support, customer service, Rental Flow compliance, staff training, and performance metrics. Support the Branch Manager with financial objectives, policy compliance, cost control, cash reconciliation, banking, and corrective actions. Requires technical understanding of climate equipment, CRM proficiency, organizational skills, physical ability, forklift and box truck operation, and a valid driver's license.
