Sell and support underground trench safety equipment to construction and industrial customers within a defined territory. Build and maintain customer relationships, provide product demonstrations and training (including Competent Person and Confined Space), develop sales plans, collaborate with branch rental teams, install equipment as needed, and manage opportunities using Salesforce/CRM. Earn base salary plus commission with guaranteed monthly incentive during onboarding.

Serve as customer consultant for trench safety equipment: quote, sell, process rentals, establish accounts, educate customers, assist loading/unloading, dispatch deliveries, maintain showroom, and support branch sales growth.

Serves branch customers by recommending equipment rental and service solutions, preparing quotes, processing reservations and contracts, negotiating prices, establishing accounts, generating leads, managing deliveries, and retaining dormant customers. Provides strong customer service, maintains showroom presentation, and supports branch sales growth while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Perform manual branch tasks to prepare, inspect, load/unload, and maintain trench safety equipment; assist deliveries, verify tickets, greet customers, and suggest equipment and supplies.

As an Outside Sales Rep, you will maximize revenue, develop customer relationships, prospect new accounts, and collaborate on sales strategies.
