Drive revenue for trench safety equipment rentals across a defined territory. Develop customer relationships, prospect and schedule demonstrations, create sales strategies, cross-sell rental services, train customers, support equipment installation, deliver safety training, and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce.com. The role serves construction, industrial, and commercial contractors and requires sales experience, safety knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and relevant certifications.

Serve as primary customer contact to recommend equipment and services, process quotes/reservations/contracts, establish accounts, negotiate rental pricing, dispatch deliveries, generate and relay leads, perform outreach to retain business, maintain showroom stock and presentation, and handle other branch duties to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Serve as a branch-based customer contact by recommending equipment and service solutions, preparing rental quotes, processing reservations and contracts, establishing accounts, negotiating prices, dispatching deliveries, generating leads, and reactivating dormant customers. The role also maintains showroom presentation and requires strong customer service, communication, multitasking, attention to detail, teamwork, and a valid driver's license.

Coordinates branch operations and service delivery to maximize productivity, safety, customer service, and compliance. Supports the Branch Manager with financial objectives, policy compliance, sales initiatives, staff performance management, coaching, training, and safety leadership. Oversees Inside Sales Representatives, drivers, and other branch personnel while promoting accountability, teamwork, and efficient processes.
