Prepare, review, and analyze complex financial and regulatory reports (FR Y‑9C, Y‑9LP, Y‑11, FR 2314, FFIEC 009/009A). Maintain procedures, support automation and control testing, research accounting/regulatory changes, draft disclosures and technical memos, and partner with internal stakeholders and regulators. Lead a team providing financial security solutions related to health, life, and retirement. Focus on process improvements, employee development, and achieving acquisition goals.

Lead and enforce enterprise data governance, policies, standards, and controls. Develop governance roadmaps, oversight processes, metrics, training, and audit activities. Coach stakeholders, present findings, manage risk and compliance related to data, and advance information governance maturity across business and technology teams.

Lead and improve enterprise information management practices including metadata, data lineage, data quality, master/reference data, privacy, and access controls. Drive certification of authoritative sources, monitor SLAs and quality metrics, lead remediation and compliance assessment, influence cross-functional teams, and implement data governance standards and process improvements to mitigate data risk.
