Lead Data Scientist responsible for developing and deploying machine learning solutions, managing MLOps roadmaps, conducting end-to-end pipeline testing, monitoring model performance, and scaling cost-efficient deployments. The role includes computer vision, data engineering, distributed systems, RESTful model services, containerization, version control, reusable ML architecture, and mentoring teams while aligning data science outcomes with business and financial objectives.

Lead design, implementation, and support of infrastructure platforms (server, network, virtualization, endpoints, cloud). Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, automate deployments, manage cloud services, enforce security and compliance, partner with DevOps and service teams for high availability and lifecycle management.

Support cattle and hog procurement with pricing and cost estimate reporting, process payments, reconcile purchase/bank/vendor activity, prepare month-end reports and assist month-end close, and perform other accounting and administrative duties while coordinating with plant and corporate teams.

Prepare and support SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-3, S-4), quarterly earnings materials, and iXBRL tagging; own benefits and equity accounting (stock-based, deferred compensation, pensions, health/self-insurance reserves); maintain audit-ready documentation and SOX 404 controls; collaborate with actuaries, auditors, and internal partners.

Provide plant accounting support including payroll and time & attendance administration using Time and Attendance and SAP Payroll, train supervisors on payroll processes, address payroll inquiries, complete HR tickets, support records retention, employee supply processes, and assist with various plant management tasks.

Provide day-to-day legal counsel on ERISA and employee benefits (401(k), pensions, health and welfare, non-qualified plans, equity), draft and review plan documents, support benefits governance, manage DOL/IRS/PBGC inquiries, lead M&A benefits due diligence/integration, negotiate vendor agreements, advise HR/Finance/Tax, and manage outside counsel.

Lead SAP and Workday security initiatives including Emergency Access/Firefighter redesign, cross-application Segregation of Duties, PAM integration, secure AI (Joule) architecture, access governance, audits, remediation, and stakeholder alignment to meet SOX, GDPR, and compliance requirements.

Perform financial planning, analysis, and reporting for assigned business area. Support weekly/monthly close, production and inventory reporting, cost-savings analysis, capital investment tracking, forecasting, AOP participation, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to improve financial performance and controls.

Manage plant financial planning, cost accounting, payroll, forecasting, and reporting. Lead budgeting (AOP/LRP), SOX controls, audits, and financial analysis to support operations, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.

Sell Tyson Fresh Meats products and manage customer support to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals. Drive sales realizations, inventory management, value-added product sales, new customer development, and provide exemplary customer service while coordinating with pricing, planning, FSQA, logistics, claims, credit, and plant teams.
