Design, automate, secure, and operate cloud environments across AWS/Azure/GCP. Implement CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code, manage cloud costs (FinOps), respond to L3 escalations, monitor performance, and collaborate with IT and product teams to deploy and maintain secure, automated cloud solutions.

Perform bench-scale R&D experiments, trials, characterization, and analysis to support product development. Design experiments, summarize results for invention disclosures and patents, and collaborate with business units to accelerate growth while maintaining a safe, organized lab workspace.

Lead and manage day-to-day field repair operations for Zebra devices, supervising up to 10 technicians. Ensure team productivity, quality, SLA/KPI achievement, parts inventory, and compliance with safety and ISO/6S standards. Provide advanced onsite diagnostics, mechanical and software repairs, escalated troubleshooting, customer training, and cross-functional support for product introductions.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, manage, and launch products; own program timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder alignment; drive execution using PM methodologies and tools; mentor junior PMs and escalate complex issues as needed.

Lead development and execution of change management strategies to drive adoption of new tools, processes, roles, and structures. Conduct stakeholder and impact assessments, create communications and training plans, manage change deliverables, coach leaders, coordinate cross-company engagement, and collaborate with peers and partners to measure adoption and continuous improvement.
