Deliver post-go-live Workday Success Plan services for multiple enterprise customers. Consult on HCM and Security configurations, troubleshoot tenant issues, provide feature guidance, conduct health checks and functional reviews, and lead workshops, webinars, and adoption initiatives. Partner with engagement managers, facilitate design decisions, communicate product capabilities and risks, and help customers optimize and independently manage their Workday applications.

Manage a portfolio of Sana Learn customers to drive adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes. Define success plans and KPIs, monitor health, mitigate risks, lead executive reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and translate customer insights into scalable AI-native playbooks and adoption strategies. Partner cross-functionally to embed guidance and support renewals and long-term growth.

Manage and grow relationships with existing large enterprise customers to drive add-on, renewal, and strategic deal business. Perform account planning, coordinate cross-functional resources, negotiate with C-suite, and position Workday solutions to deliver long-term value.

Lead and scale content engineering and operations teams to design, build, and evolve Workday's content and knowledge management platform. Set technical vision, manage platform initiatives end-to-end, partner with product, engineering, localization, UX, and stakeholders, and build operational processes to deliver customer-facing technical documentation and structured content.

Lead professional services business development for Workday platform in the Medium Enterprise segment. Partner with account teams to craft deployment strategies, build proposals and project plans, position Workday SaaS value, negotiate services agreements, manage pipeline and forecasts, cultivate partner relationships, and support customer onboarding and training. Drive services-led subscription sales and ensure successful project delivery.
