Manage Kubernetes infrastructure, deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, incident response, resiliency testing, and root-cause analysis. Build deployment tools and analytics, troubleshoot network and connectivity issues, support security auditing and compliance, and collaborate with federal cybersecurity and commercial engineering teams. Participate in 24/7 on-call support and continuously improve deployment scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiency.

Technical authority for partner-facing Workday AI platform and integration architecture. Design reference architectures, agent orchestration and governance, and integration patterns. Enable GSI technical teams via deep technical training, demo readiness, code accelerators, and playbooks. Translate roadmap into partner implications and represent Workday in joint technical forums while coordinating with Forward Deployed and Solution Architecture teams.

Lead large-scale Workday Financials implementations and delivery of embedded AI, machine learning, and agentic finance solutions. Responsibilities include configuring business processes and security, developing integrations, managing data loads and tenant migrations, designing finance ecosystems, facilitating workshops, coordinating technical and functional workstreams, and advising senior stakeholders. The role also mentors consultants and analysts while driving automation, predictive forecasting, and scalable finance transformation initiatives.

Develop positioning and messaging for Sana’s AI products, create launch narratives, and enable Workday’s global field team with talk tracks, objection handling, deal-coaching frameworks, content, and scalable go-to-market playbooks. The role partners with Product, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams, writes for senior stakeholders, and combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.

Own paid acquisition, growth campaigns, website experimentation, and conversion rate optimization across key markets. Manage multi-channel advertising, A/B and multivariate testing, marketing analytics, attribution, dashboards, and funnel optimization. Partner with Marketing, Design, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to improve lead quality, pipeline, revenue, and campaign performance for Sana’s AI products.

Conducts multichannel prospecting through phone, email, social selling, marketing-qualified leads, and events. Partners with Account Executives to build sales opportunities, qualifies potential buyers, uncovers customer needs, communicates Workday’s value propositions, nurtures prospect relationships, and maintains an organized pipeline across multiple accounts.

Build, scale, observe, secure, and maintain Workday’s Kubernetes-based cloud platform. Responsibilities include infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, observability, configuration management, application deployments, troubleshooting, security compliance, documentation, and collaboration with distributed engineering teams. The role supports U.S. federal government contracts and may require work at client sites in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with CI polygraph clearance.

Deliver micro-consulting to Workday customers focused on Spend and Financials: troubleshoot configuration, demonstrate features, drive adoption, perform tenant reviews, deliver presentations, and maintain Workday product expertise and certifications.
