Own Workday’s Customer Zero AI product strategy by identifying internal enterprise problems, designing and delivering AI-powered solutions, translating business needs into product requirements, and partnering with engineering, UX, and stakeholders. The consultant manages multiple customer engagements and provides leadership for new advisory services.

Leads the strategy, governance, and operating model for a global solution portfolio enablement function. Oversees strategic launches, monetization shifts, and industry go-to-market motions; prioritizes field enablement needs; coordinates Product, Marketing, Sales, and post-sales stakeholders; and manages Solution Portfolio Leads and program owners. This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring extensive software, cloud, security, and production engineering experience.

Acts as a trusted advisor to executives and customers, translating business needs into enterprise SaaS, data, cloud, security, reporting, integration, and AI solutions. Support multiple short-duration engagements and collaborate with engagement managers to improve customer Workday value and adoption.
