Design, build, and operate Workday’s large-scale observability platform, including monitoring, logging, alerting, tracing, metrics ingestion, data processing, and dashboard automation. Develop high-performance data capture systems across Kubernetes, OpenStack, bare-metal, and air-gapped AWS environments. Lead cloud adoption and architecture for public cloud environments; design and migrate services using IaC and automation; implement governance, security, performance, and cost optimization; build CI/CD and containerized platforms; mentor engineers; collaborate with vendors and application teams; may require on-site work in the DMV and ability to obtain U.S. security clearance.

Design, develop, and support deployment, automation, and orchestration of Workday's cloud platform for U.S. Federal environments. Manage air-gapped deployments, build deployment tools and analytics, collaborate on security and scalability, and troubleshoot network and system issues to optimize large-scale cloud application deployments.

Senior presales role driving planning solution strategy for large enterprises. Lead executive discovery, design tailored demos, articulate value of Workday Adaptive Planning and AI-enabled forecasting, support sales motions (RFPs, workshops, POCs), mentor peers, and travel up to 50% to engage customers and represent Workday at events.
