Address object detection, traffic-actor tracking, action recognition, and semantic scene understanding. Deploy production-ready software to real-time vehicle platforms, build scalable ML pipelines, analyze large datasets, and resolve failures through on-road and simulated testing. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver robust computer vision systems using 3D sensor data from LiDAR, Radar, and cameras.

Lead global strategic sourcing and procurement for indirect categories including SaaS, enterprise software, professional services, IT, and contingent workforce. Leads supply chain process optimization for Aurora’s Global Purchasing and Supply Chain organization. Owns process documentation, SOPs, workflow assessments, KPI dashboards, ERP enhancements, automation, and cross-functional improvements. Establishes scalable, data-driven, SOX-compliant processes, reduces manual work, improves information flow, and introduces AI-enabled tools and predictive reporting. Serves as the primary business stakeholder for supply chain systems and organizational process transformation.

Lead safety standards development, implementation, and conformance strategies for autonomous trucking. Represent Aurora with regulators, standards bodies, industry coalitions, customers, and OEM partners. Monitor U.S. and international regulatory changes, translate technical findings into safety policy and engineering guidance, and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across engineering, operations, legal, and government relations.

Lead reliability assessments and test campaigns for automotive sensor systems, including lidar, cameras, radar, and IMUs. Own failure analysis, corrective actions, DFMEA sessions, predictive reliability modeling, and risk mitigation across varied climates and road conditions. Collaborate with hardware, systems, safety, software, field operations, and manufacturing teams to improve mass-produced optomechanical assemblies and integrate reliability findings into product and production processes.
