Drive technical strategy across teams, build highly available low-latency services, translate operational data into operator tools, and mentor senior engineers. Owns end-to-end accounts payable operations in NetSuite, including invoice processing, vendor management, payment runs, reporting, and period close. Manages AP projects, ERP enhancements, cross-functional workstreams, testing, and go-live activities. Develops custom hardware electronics from requirements and architecture through prototyping, testing, debugging, productization, and manufacturing launch. The role analyzes signal and power integrity, high-speed signaling, analog systems, grounding, and EMI/EMC constraints; uses CAD and laboratory instruments; collaborates with mechanical, operations, validation, and external teams; and supports test infrastructure, sensor development, automotive safety, and qualification processes.

Own supplier selection, pricing, terms, purchase orders, and daily execution for semiconductor, PCBA, and electronic component categories. Manage supplier and contract manufacturer communications, expediting, shortages, invoices, engineering changes, build schedules, logistics, quality issues, and excess-and-obsolete exposure. Track supplier performance and capacity, resolve escalations, ensure production continuity, and drive cost reductions with Engineering, Quality, Accounts Payable, and manufacturing partners.

Lead reliability testing and validation for automotive drive-by-wire hardware used in autonomous vehicles. Develop stress and environmental test protocols, analyze failures, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and report findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, firmware, software, manufacturing, suppliers, and development partners. Drive compliance with automotive reliability standards, improve hardware development processes, and mentor reliability engineers.
