Lead global product compliance for Remote's payroll platform: define strategy, translate regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions, build compliance-by-design controls, manage regulatory intelligence and market readiness, grow and mentor a team, and advise senior stakeholders on risk, roadmap, and cross-functional implementation to ensure operational scalability across multiple jurisdictions.

Partner with customers to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI-enabled integrations, automations, and agentic workflows; own deployments, reliability, observability, evaluation, and convert one-off solutions into reusable playbooks and product inputs.

Lead cross-functional EOR operations projects end-to-end, identify and remediate systemic operational gaps, implement AI-enabled improvements, maintain recurring reporting and metrics, establish operating mechanisms and governance, support audit/compliance efforts, and partner with Product, Legal, Customer Success, Finance, and EOR leadership to enable scalable execution.

Process global and EOR payrolls accurately and compliantly, maintain payroll records in Remote and payroll systems, manage Zendesk ticket queue, support customers and stakeholders, liaise with vendors, and continuously improve payroll processes and data integrity.
