Product and Privacy Counsel will lead Brex’s privacy program, advise on product and financial regulatory matters, negotiate data-related contracts, monitor global privacy compliance, represent the company with partners and regulators, manage outside counsel, and guide cross-functional teams on compliant innovation and risk mitigation.

Provides strategic product, privacy, and financial regulatory counsel for a fintech company.
