Manage complex, large-exposure SRG claims (toxic tort, latent injury, environmental, sexual misconduct, excess) including coverage research, liability and financial analysis, litigation management, counsel selection, settlement strategy, file maintenance, account coordination, mentoring, and project leadership to achieve efficient resolutions and protect company interests.

Lead a team delivering analytics and actionable insights for Small Commercial portfolio management. Own third-party data and premium audit strategy, develop pricing and product recommendations, present to senior leaders, and drive implementation across stakeholders to improve growth and profitability.

Manage high-severity, complex toxic tort, latent injury, environmental and excess claims with broad authority. Perform coverage and liability analysis, litigation management, financial exposure estimation, account reviews, and coordinate counsel and experts. Mentor and coach other claim professionals, maintain SRG systems proficiency, and lead special projects to resolve multi-plaintiff, multi-jurisdiction matters while ensuring file compliance and consistent account handling.

The role involves handling Workers Compensation claims litigation, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and managing client relationships. Requires strong legal expertise and litigation experience.
