Lead and coach a multi-state digital sales team to grow revenue, retain clients, and optimize campaign fulfillment. Develop sales strategies, deliver client presentations, set KPIs, provide revenue forecasts, collaborate with operations and leadership, and ensure coordination across sales, ad operations and vendors to meet market objectives.

Sell multi-media and digital advertising solutions by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, crafting tailored campaigns, and closing deals. Manage local client outreach (requires valid driver’s license and reliable transport), track sales performance and commissions, participate in cohort-based training and mentorship, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable results and long-term growth for clients.

Produce and present enterprise sports stories across broadcast and digital platforms. Shoot, write, edit, and anchor weekend sports newscasts; create social-first content, cover live events and breaking sports news, and cultivate relationships with athletes, coaches, and community sources.

Support sourcing initiatives and vendor management by assisting with contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing. Analyze purchasing and spend data to identify cost savings and sourcing opportunities, submit requisitions, administer vendor programs, gather vendor performance feedback, resolve purchasing issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Purchasing Manager on procurement projects.

Oversee daily broadcast operations for Tennis Channel's linear network and FAST channels: manage playlist automation, schedule and route content to air servers, monitor on-air signal and closed captioning, ingest/segment files, run commercial breaks when needed, troubleshoot signal issues, liaise with signal providers/affiliates, and train new hires.

Own technical relationship for key digital accounts, troubleshoot and escalate platform issues, collaborate with Sales/Product/Engineering/Operations, interpret campaign analytics, train sales and account teams, and ensure clients realize value from the Compulse platform.

The Digital Content Creator will pitch, produce, and edit engaging multi-platform content focused on unique American stories, utilizing strong storytelling and on-camera presence.
