Provides pre-sales technical consulting and solution design for enterprise managed network solutions. Leads customer discovery, develops LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and connectivity architectures, validates feasibility, supports costing and proposals, and delivers technical presentations. Partners with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Product, suppliers, and customers throughout the opportunity lifecycle, including RFP responses and solution demonstrations. The role is hybrid, includes up to 25% domestic travel, and may require occasional nights, weekends, and overnight travel.

Lead day-to-day execution of the information security program: oversee SIEM tuning and incident response, manage vulnerability and application security (SAST/DAST/SCA), enforce firewall and network controls, drive PCI DSS compliance, conduct risk assessments, coordinate remediation across teams, and deliver security awareness, metrics, and governance.

Lead design and hands-on implementation of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Experience Clouds. Define platform architecture, governance, integrations (MuleSoft/Boomi/SAP/ServiceNow), data models, LDV strategies, IAM (SSO/OAuth/SAML), DevOps/Git/CI-CD, and lead a small team through full SDLC while partnering with business stakeholders.

The Quality Assurance Lead will establish QA strategies and frameworks, implement automation, and drive quality metrics across software delivery processes.

Serve as primary contact for assigned satellite services customers, coordinating onboarding, quoting, contracting, implementation, renewals, and service changes. Maintain customer communication, track implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage account data in Salesforce, identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experience while continuously learning SageNet products and processes.

Manage a portfolio of satellite services customers as primary contact from onboarding through renewals and account growth. Conduct consultative sales, convert qualified leads, coordinate implementations with cross-functional teams, maintain Salesforce records, and achieve retention and revenue targets while providing exceptional customer service.
