Lead a small compliance team to design and run monitoring and testing programs, identify and investigate account risks and fraud, develop policies/procedures, support regulatory reporting, deliver training, and improve surveillance systems and processes to ensure regulatory compliance for a business unit.

Frequent travel required.

The Governance Risk Compliance Analyst ensures compliance with regulatory requirements by conducting reviews, analyzing processes, maintaining documentation, and supporting governance activities within Wealth Management Risk Control.

Support credit managers by underwriting new and renewed commercial credit, preparing credit approval packages, monitoring portfolio performance and covenants, managing documentation, validating risk ratings, and identifying risk mitigation or new opportunities while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

Perform budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling; conduct monthly variance and performance analysis; consolidate forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans; produce management reporting, presentations, and ad-hoc analysis; enhance reporting systems; support incentive compensation administration and act as liaison with sales and management.
