Develops and manages affluent and high-net-worth client relationships through financial planning and wealth advisory services. Collaborates with internal partners across asset management, trust, estate planning, insurance, credit, and banking. Acquires clients, expands existing relationships, identifies growth and retention opportunities, assesses client needs, and manages compliance, KYC requirements, reporting, and book-of-business activities.

Leads commercial credit portfolio management, overseeing underwriting and renewal pipelines, risk compliance, credit monitoring, servicing, and risk-rating accuracy. Manages and develops Credit Products personnel, coaches teams on loan structuring and underwriting, resolves workflow issues, and partners with credit officers, business leaders, auditors, and risk compliance stakeholders. Maintains limited direct client responsibilities while ensuring prudent lending standards and effective portfolio oversight.

Processes title estimates, conducts VIN searches and customer or DMV follow-ups, prepares title packages, tracks title processing, and supports loan and lease closing operations. Responsibilities also include document scanning, mail and package handling, UPS shipments, report maintenance, and post-closing follow-up. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, research, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Lead mortgage performance and optimization initiatives, translate strategy into action, manage teams supporting revenue and enablement, partner with cross-functional stakeholders on market planning, projects, change management, and compliance to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Supports enterprise risk governance by developing risk and control structures, compiling and analyzing risk data, maintaining metrics and assessments, performing quality assurance, and assisting with risk projects. Creates reporting tools, presentations, training materials, and job aids using SharePoint, Power BI, and Archer GRC. Helps ensure compliance with the organization’s risk framework, risk appetite statement, and regulatory expectations.
