Manage and grow commercial client relationships (up to $20M revenue) by identifying needs, delivering tailored banking solutions, coordinating internal partners, managing transactions and credit processes, and driving retention and revenue expansion.

Support Financial Advisors by scheduling and preparing client meetings, establishing joint appointments, assisting branches without dedicated advisors, updating customer records, learning investment products, completing training, and responding to advisor and customer requests. Role is commission-eligible and overtime-eligible.

Serve as the line-of-business data governance resource to measure and monitor data quality, design and execute remediation plans, manage data assets and inventories, translate business rules into data quality controls, support data sharing platforms, and partner with centralized governance to apply best practices and automation.

Make inbound and outbound calls to resolve early-stage delinquent customer accounts, establish repayment plans, collect payments, maintain accurate records, and ensure regulatory and cybersecurity compliance.

Client-facing role leading the commercial credit process: originate, underwrite, structure, and document complex commercial loans; manage and monitor assigned portfolio performance; identify and remediate credit issues; ensure regulatory and compliance adherence; review interim new-money requests and partner with relationship managers to develop financing solutions.

Transform and analyze data to produce readable reports and visualizations for stakeholders. Maintain databases, perform data quality audits, support data governance, automate reporting, and provide insights to inform operational decisions. Complete daily deliverables and ad-hoc analyses, and may mentor junior analysts.

Provides administrative and client-servicing support to Commercial Relationship Managers: manages credit application workflow and post-closing tasks, prepares reports (360, pipeline, maturities, past due), maintains data integrity in OneView and RGA, assists with onboarding Treasury Management and opening deposit products, liaises with credit and underwriting, and supports specialized business segments as assigned.

Partner with Treasury Management sales and clients to execute product implementations: perform data entry/validation, document and track implementation progress, validate authorizations and documentation, coordinate with operations, technology, and vendors, communicate follow-up needs, and ensure smooth handoff to Client Services.

Support and improve end-to-end Credit Products processes by developing tracking, monitoring, and reporting; identify KPIs and SLA performance; recommend and implement process improvements; support senior analysts on projects; ensure compliance and consistency across lines of business; perform data analysis and reporting.
