Supports end-to-end order fulfillment for independent retailers and builder distributors. Manages order entry, tracking, exceptions, EDI issues, inventory monitoring, shipment performance, customer and pricing data, and operational reporting. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, and Operations teams to resolve issues, improve service levels, and support process improvements.

Manage third-party logistics providers delivering and installing major appliances across Texas. Own regional KPI performance, cost excellence, service improvements, audits, reverse logistics, market launches, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with sales teams, analyze fulfillment data, conduct root-cause analysis, maintain 3PL relationships, and travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Supports Contract Channel sales operations through customer quote administration, pricing maintenance, forecasting, new product implementation, issue resolution, and performance reporting. Partners with Sales, Pricing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Customer Service teams to ensure pricing accuracy, resolve discrepancies, maintain operational workflows, and improve forecast visibility and channel performance for strategic accounts.

Coordinates and audits last-mile delivery and installation operations, resolves order issues with third-party logistics providers, reconciles overdue orders, manages claims and invoice validation, and produces delivery status and KPI reports. The role also monitors system integrations, supports cost-saving initiatives, and collaborates with regional managers and internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

Manage sourcing and supplier relationships for aftermarket parts and indirect materials. Lead strategic sourcing, negotiations, cost-reduction initiatives, supplier performance, inventory availability, compliance, packaging standards, and risk mitigation. Analyze purchasing data, manage quotations and cross-functional projects, develop suppliers, reduce part complexity, and ensure quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met.

Owns strategy, roadmap, business performance, pricing, and lifecycle management for microwave and ventilation product categories. Leads product planning and new product development from concept through launch, builds business cases, identifies profitability improvements, and coordinates global cross-functional teams including R&D, design, manufacturing, sourcing, purchasing, sales, marketing, and suppliers.

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable SAP Commerce solutions using Java. Own platform reliability, performance, integrations, production support, and technical quality. Translate requirements into implementation plans, conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, establish engineering standards, and collaborate with architects and business stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.
