Processes customer remittance transactions by opening, scanning, sorting, and storing cash, check, and credit card payments. Leads enterprise architecture and platform engineering strategy, including delivery toolchains, CI/CD governance, developer experience, golden paths, API integration, cloud-native architecture, security controls, and AI-enabled engineering workflows. Establishes architecture principles, manages tooling and platform investments, partners with security and compliance, communicates technical trade-offs to executives, and mentors architects and senior engineers.

Coordinates daily workflow for a design services department, reviews and processes design requests, manages work queues, prepares quotes, processes billing, troubleshoots artwork issues, advises customers on print requirements, recommends design services, and follows up on open or incomplete projects.

Design, develop, test, and document software in collaboration with senior engineers and cross-functional teams. Troubleshoot bugs, participate in Agile ceremonies and technical design, write secure code (OWASP-aware), and support CI/CD, unit and integration testing. Continuously improve coding skills and respond to QA/support-identified issues.

Makes outbound calls to small and medium-sized business owners nationwide to request merchant processing statements. Sales consultants use these statements to identify potential savings and service opportunities. The role requires professional communication, organization, self-motivation, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
