Manage and grow global systems integrator partnerships to drive pipeline, bookings, revenue, and market expansion. Develop alliance strategies, joint business plans, co-selling motions, and go-to-market programs. Build executive relationships, identify opportunities across CX and digital transformation initiatives, coordinate partner and internal teams, and forecast partnership-driven revenue. Represent the company at partner events and track alliance performance metrics.

Coordinates with Support, Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to resolve issues and risks. Identifies process improvements and develops reusable playbooks, templates, knowledge articles, and reporting practices to improve service quality and customer outcomes.
