Manage and lead a US-based engineering organization (up to ~40 engineers) focused on embedded Linux, kernel and user-space development. Provide people management, technical leadership, architecture oversight, hiring, mentoring, and stakeholder/customer engagement. Drive code quality, CI/CD/build processes, agile delivery, and strategic planning for safety- and mission-critical systems.
