Develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market programs for Aptiv’s robotics, drones, industrial automation, and sensing portfolio. Translate complex technologies into customer-facing narratives, sales tools, campaigns, launches, digital experiences, and event materials. Gather competitive and market intelligence, support commercialization, create creative briefs, and coordinate product, engineering, sales, creative, digital, communications, and external partners to prioritize execution and improve marketing effectiveness.

Leads global supply chain resiliency programs by identifying supplier, commodity, part, and network vulnerabilities; modeling disruption and revenue impacts; developing mitigation plans; and embedding risk assessments into new program launches and category strategies. The role coordinates cross-functional workshops, drives corrective actions, improves resiliency tools and processes, and provides management reporting across a complex, multinational organization.

Owns product vision, strategy, roadmaps, requirements, development, launches, and market activation for automotive middleware and software-defined vehicle lifecycle solutions. Collaborates with engineering, OEM customers, marketing, suppliers, and program teams on Agile development, RFQs, demonstrations, pre-sales, customer needs, and technical integration. Plan and manage software quality assurance activities across safety- and security-critical projects. Conduct audits, reviews, and inspections; maintain certification deliverables; identify risks and non-compliances; support regulatory and customer audits; improve SQA processes; track metrics; and mentor engineering teams. The role supports products including VxWorks and Helix Virtualization Platform across aviation, automotive, robotics, and industrial programs.

Develops high-voltage automotive connection and fast-charging inlet systems from concept through production. Responsibilities include component design, prototyping, validation, manufacturability and cost optimization, design reviews, root cause analysis, problem solving, design of experiments, customer and supplier collaboration, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

Manages accounts receivable, collections, cash application, bank deposits, reconciliations, cash-flow forecasting, financial documentation, and internal accounting controls. Supports payroll and 401(k) administration by reviewing timesheets, processing payroll data, maintaining employee records, and resolving discrepancies. Performs sales documentation, accounts payable audit verification, month-end closing activities, and compliance with SOX, EMS, and IATF 16949 requirements.
