Coordinates repossession and transportation of delinquent auto and recreational vehicle loan collateral. Works with collections teams, repossession vendors, attorneys, law enforcement, and customers to recover assets, conduct skip tracing, negotiate settlements, assess collateral value, and support compliance, audits, and risk controls. Manages more than 200 accounts weekly and may perform collections activities and customer outreach.

Processes commercial and standby letters of credit, including amendments, fraud detection, risk controls, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements. Supports customer service, cross-training, project teams, and escalation of risk issues while following ICC guidelines and bank policies.

Receives and compiles borrower loss mitigation documentation, evaluates files for completeness, identifies income evidence, requests missing materials, and coordinates follow-up with the Single Point of Contact.
