Administer and support Informatica IDMC and on-prem Informatica MDM environments, build resilient/cloud-ready MDM infrastructure on Azure, provide Linux and first-level server support, implement DR and RBAC, monitor cost/performance, troubleshoot jobs, and use IaC (Terraform/Ansible) and Git to automate and scale the platform.

Lead IAM governance by creating and updating WIAM policies, monitoring compliance across IAM platforms (SailPoint, Azure AD/Entra ID, CyberArk, PAM), producing risk and audit reports, coordinating remediation and audit responses, and partnering with Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk, and business stakeholders to improve identity security and resiliency.

Owns product vision and roadmap for treasury/InTrader-related products; writes user stories, prioritizes backlog, partners with delivery teams, stakeholders, and UX; focuses on outcomes, risk controls, regulatory compliance, and continual improvement.

Serve as on-site coordinator for office operations, facilities requests, visitor reception, meeting setup, supplies and vendor management. Support onboarding, workspace setup, correspondence, records, invoices, and ad-hoc administrative or project tasks to ensure a professional, efficient regional office.

Perform timely, accurate reconciliation and reporting of assigned GL accounts and DDAs per GAAP/SOX. Research and resolve complex or aged items, escalate issues, update procedures, support audits and new initiatives, mentor junior staff, and maintain internal controls and compliance.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CISO and cybersecurity leadership: manage calendars, travel, meetings, executive communications, presentations, expenses, action-item tracking, compliance tasks, and cross-team coordination to ensure smooth operations and informed decision-making.

Lead design and implementation of highly available, fault-tolerant platform architectures. Define SLO/SLI/SLA frameworks, drive observability and monitoring (logs, tracing, Dynatrace, OTel), lead incident and problem management, automate self-healing and deployment workflows, develop IaC (Terraform), optimize Azure/cloud environments, and mentor engineers to improve reliability, performance, and operational maturity across the enterprise.

Serve as single point of contact for delinquent mortgage borrowers through loss mitigation and foreclosure processes. Make and receive borrower calls, collect financial documentation, explain loss mitigation decisions and foreclosure/liquidation options, document contacts, and follow compliance and internal control standards.

Provide operational and risk support, training and coaching to branch staff; ensure adherence to policies, complete audits, prevent fraud, respond to incidents, escalate issues, and partner with internal teams for branch initiatives.
