As a Product Owner III, you will define the product vision, prioritize the backlog, collaborate with teams, and use analytics to optimize the customer experience.

Leads a second-shift infrastructure operations team supporting incidents, production issues, changes, and a broad enterprise technology stack. Oversees infrastructure planning, service lifecycle, security, patching, asset management, risk, vendors, and operational performance. Drives automation and continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reliability, while managing multiple teams, financial responsibilities, and staff development. Occasional non-shift support is required for escalated incidents.

Leads the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise software solutions. Analyzes business processes and requirements, creates technical specifications, develops cloud-enabled microservices and integrations, manages business rules and reporting, resolves production issues, supports upgrades, and provides technical oversight and guidance to development teams.

Lead a team of software engineers supporting critical retail-banking applications. Design and develop software solutions, provide technical guidance, review code and documentation, troubleshoot complex incidents, and apply SRE practices. Maintain on-call rotation for after-hours critical incidents. Use OpenShift, Hogan, Dynatrace, and Linux; collaborate on releases and modernize application delivery.

Lead strategic projects for the Asset Management Group Investment Office, define vision and scope, manage project plans, risks and issues, coordinate stakeholders across business, technology and controls, ensure compliance and change governance, and deliver operational and technology solutions to meet business objectives.

Manage multiple merchant services applications and teams, resolve production incidents, deliver enhancements/releases, patch cyber issues, implement monitoring/reporting, ensure compliance with audits, and develop staff in a Site Reliability Engineering environment.

Lead a team to design, build, and maintain scalable REST/GraphQL APIs and event-driven services (Kafka). Define API contracts, ensure security (OAuth2/JWT), integrate with Oracle/MySQL and microservices, enforce standards via code reviews, support CI/CD/GitOps, collaborate with DevOps, and troubleshoot deployments while optimizing performance and observability.

Owns the vision, backlog, priorities, and delivery outcomes for an enterprise backend platform. Acts as the voice of business and customer needs, translates requirements into actionable product direction, partners with Scrum Masters and Agile teams, accepts completed product increments, and communicates business value to stakeholders. The role requires strong business analysis, technical aptitude, risk awareness, stakeholder communication, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Change Navigator, and Microsoft Office.
